Energy performance and existing systems
Heating, hot water, lighting and controls, with information gathered to estimate energy use and running costs.
Ventilation
Existing fans, vents and other ventilation arrangements, and whether they are working effectively.
Indoor air quality
Potential sources of indoor pollution and practical ways to reduce exposure.
Damp, condensation and mould
Evidence of moisture problems or leaks, and repairs or further investigation that may be needed.
